NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT IN ANY MANNER SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FORMULA ONE OR ANY FORMULA ONE DRIVER.
The Max Verstappen Signed Helmet Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a USA resident or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Classic Auto Collectors LLC DBA Reel Wheels Experience, 4560 SE International Way Ste 209, Milwaukie, OR 97222 and administered by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., 300 State St. Suite 402 Rochester, NY 14614.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority at the time of entry. Released Parties and their immediate family members or households are NOT eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter
Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. PST November 20, 2024 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. PST December 31, 2024. Enter by visiting https://reelwheels.com/ and completing the registration form with full name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per Entrant. Use of automated entry devices is prohibited.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is impaired for any reason including virus, tampering, fraud, or technical failures.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of any Prize.
Drawing and Notification
Potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 2, 2025, conducted by the Administrator. Winner will be contacted via email.
Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: a signed Max Verstappen 1:1 replica racing helmet. ARV: $5,000 USD. No substitution or transfer permitted except by Sponsor.
Additional Prize Conditions
Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within seven (7) days. Winner is responsible for all taxes. IRS Form 1099 will be filed for the Prize value.
Disputes
All disputes resolved individually without class action. Claims limited to actual out-of-pocket costs. Governed by United States law; legal proceedings in federal or state courts of Oregon.
Severability
Invalidity of any provision does not affect the remaining provisions.
Miscellaneous
These Official Rules constitute the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes.
