Welcome to reelwheels.com, a website of Classic Auto Collectors, LLC (“Classic Auto Collectors”). PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
Acceptance of Terms
The TOS is a legally binding agreement governing the relationship with users and others who interact with the Site and its Services.
Services Offered
All visitors are deemed "users." Services are the sole property of Classic Auto Collectors. Classic Auto Collectors reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any services at any time. Services are provided "AS IS."
Cautions for Global Use
Users agree to comply with all local rules relating to online conduct and all applicable export and import laws, statutes, and regulations.
Content Placed or Made Available
Classic Auto Collectors does not claim ownership of submitted content but is granted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and/or display said content for the purpose of providing and promoting the specific area to which the content was placed.
Contributions to Site
Contributions submitted to the Site automatically become the sole property of Classic Auto Collectors. Classic Auto Collectors is under no obligation to compensate contributors.
Indemnity
All users agree to hold Classic Auto Collectors and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney fees, made by any third party arising from user-submitted content, use of Services, or violations of the TOS.
Commercial Reuse of Services
Users agree not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial reason any part of Classic Auto Collectors' Site.
Modifications
Classic Auto Collectors reserves the right to modify, alter, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice or liability.
Advertisers
Any dealings with advertisers are solely between the user and the advertiser. Classic Auto Collectors is not liable for any loss or damage from such dealings.
Links
Classic Auto Collectors is not responsible for the availability or content of any external sites or resources linked from the Site.
Proprietary Rights
Classic Auto Collectors' Services and Software contain proprietary and confidential material protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users may not alter, modify, lease, sell, or distribute any part of the Software.
Warranty Disclaimers
Services and Software are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Classic Auto Collectors expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Classic Auto Collectors and affiliates shall not be liable for any punitive, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Release
In the event of a dispute, users agree to release Classic Auto Collectors from claims, demands, and damages of every kind, known and unknown, arising out of or connected to the dispute.
Exclusion and Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability — some of the above may not apply.
Third Party Beneficiaries
Unless otherwise expressly provided in this TOS, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.
Notice
Classic Auto Collectors may furnish notices via email, regular mail, MMS/SMS, postings on the website, or other reasonable means. Acceptance of TOS constitutes agreement that you are deemed to have received all notices.
Product Descriptions
Classic Auto Collectors makes reasonable efforts to list products accurately but does not warrant that content is accurate, complete, or error free.
Trademark Information
All Classic Auto Collectors trademarks, copyright, trade names, service marks, and logos are the sole property of Classic Auto Collectors. Users must obtain prior written consent before displaying or using Classic Auto Collectors logos or marks.
Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement Claims
Classic Auto Collectors respects intellectual property rights and may disable/terminate accounts of violating users. Infringement notices must include: electronic/physical signature, description of the work, location of alleged infringement, physical address/phone/email, statement of non-authorization, and a statement made under penalty of perjury.
Privacy
Users should review the Privacy Policy, which governs use of the Site.
General Information
This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Classic Auto Collectors. Governed by the laws of Oregon. Any claims must be filed within the County of Multnomah, Oregon or the U.S. District Court in said state. Any claim or cause of action must be filed within one (1) year after it arose.
